IMPROVE Fitness focuses on one-on-one personal training and small group fitness. Every session will bring a new challenge. We love using a mix of weightlifting, interval training and body weight movements to get you fit.


Our focus is to offer training options for everyone at every level. If you need flexible schedule options and convenience to reach your fitness goals, IMPROVE is here for you.

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer - 2016

Ashleigh started her passion for fitness in high school, playing competitive Volleyball and Field Hockey. Before starting CrossFit, Ashleigh was a long distance runner completing several Half Marathons. In 2013, she began Crossfit, weight lifting and interval training. This change was what inspired her to help others in their own fitness journeys and become a certified trainer.

Ashleigh has been training clients both 1 on 1 and small groups since 2016. She chose to complete her CrossFit Level 1 as it teaches the fundamentals of body weight, olympic lifting and functional training movements.

When Ashleigh is not at the gym or training clients, you will find her enjoying Guelphs local  parks and trails with her husband and two sons.



1:1 Training

Workout at times that suit your busy life. Hands on training to help you get the most out of your fitness regime.

2:1 Training

Need that extra push to get motivated? Bring a friend (or two!) and get fit together. Receive 

hands on training in a small group setting.
