I must apologize for the blogging radio silence! We had an amazing summer and it feels like fall is officially here. As the colder weather approaches we all feel the need to hide inside and often many of us get into a fitness rut.
I am so happy to finally see some warmer weather and sunshine! We can't wait to open up the studio and take our workouts back outside. Now that the winter blues are pretty much gone it is a great time to get started on your fitness journey.
I have some very exciting news! IMPROVE Fitness will be operating part-time in Muskoka this summer. Starting after the Victoria Day weekend we will be offering personal training and bootcamp style small group "dock WODs".
