Since officially launching in January, IMPROVE has been booming. Our client list is growing and I am helping get everyone on the right track for their fitness goals. I have also had many people ask about the nutrition side of things.
I am so happy to finally see some warmer weather and sunshine! We can't wait to open up the studio and take our workouts back outside. Now that the winter blues are pretty much gone it is a great time to get started on your fitness journey.
I have some very exciting news! IMPROVE Fitness will be operating part-time in Muskoka this summer. Starting after the Victoria Day weekend we will be offering personal training and bootcamp style small group "dock WODs".
